East Coast Exceptional Flooring was founded in 2002 in the New York Metro area and migrated to South Florida in 2012. We realized after starting our operations in Florida, that the quality of the installations was shoddy in most commercial and residential facilities due to slick sales and a fast job mentality. There was no consideration being given to quality and workmanship. A major flooring failure was caused by the high moisture content in the subfloors that was not even being considered by many installers.

Our focus became to change the way flooring is being sold and installed in South Florida. Our customers deserve honest, quality installations, and not just a quick job. We feel that an educated customer is a happy customer. We like to educate our customers about the flooring product and installation process so that it is easier for them to decide the perfect fit for their residential or commercial flooring.

Over the years, we have built solid relationships with our customers who give us much of our repeat business. We also work with general contractors, and interior designers to design floor coverings that are unique in style and durable. Our products include carpet, carpet tiles, VCT, hardwood, luxury vinyl planks, luxury vinyl tile, commercial sheet vinyl, and rubber flooring. Our team of installers are certified in moisture testing, moisture mitigation, self-levelling, and flooring inspection services.
